PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after 
payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on 
weekends or public holidays.

SHIPPING TIMES
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times:

- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–18 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the World: 12–25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may 
vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on 
your location and order size.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a 
confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use 
this to track your order online at any time.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
For international orders, customs fees or import duties 
may apply depending on your country. These charges are 
the responsibility of the customer and are not included 
in our prices.

LOST OR DELAYED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated

your order number and we will investigate immediately.
