Return & Refund Policy

At Paiman Homestyle, your satisfaction is our priority. 
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, 
we are here to help.

RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at j1990@gmail.com 
with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will 
notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund 
will be processed within 5–10 business days to your 
original payment method.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact 
us within 7 days of delivery at j1990@gmail.com with a 
photo of the item and we will resolve it immediately.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, 
please check with your bank first, then contact us at 
j1990@gmail.com and we will investigate.
